- Hey lovely ladies I'm back with another review so recently I tried the NYC shadow dust in smokey topaz 882, I just love how beautiful the color is and now that we're moving onto fall is perfect for that pretty fall look for day and also for a night on the town. The eyeshadow as you see from the picture below comes with a small brush applicator which makes it easy to apply, I do recommend when opening it be careful not to open so fast because it does have a lot of fall out. Once you have placed it on your lid I carefully patted down gently since it does have a sparkles, and if you want a smokey effect you can use a smudge brush to gently work it in.
